American Sniper is 2014 released biographical war movie, directed by Clint Eastwood, featuring Bradley Cooper, Sienna Miller as lead actors. Movies got released worldwide on December 25 and is one of the highest grossed movie of the year.
The movie is based on the book “American Sniper: The Autobiography of the Most Lethal Sniper in U.S. Military History”. Critics praised the movie with their positive response especially the Cooper’s ultimate performance.
American Sniper movie received six nominations, including Best Actor for Cooper’s role. However they only won award for Best Sound Editing.
The Texas born kid learns the initial skill of shooting and hunting deer from his father. Chris Kyle, years later, choses to join the US NAVY after finding his girlfriend on bed with some stranger.
He after completing his training, he gets appointed as US NAVY SEALs Sniper. He is sent to Iraq after the attack of September 11 in 2001 where he first killed a lady and a boy who attacked over US Marines using the Russian made hand grenade. The whole story explains the war and personal experience of the Chris Kyle.
